All residents over 60 has to wait for the elevator to be repaired. What a joke the elevator stopped working as the fire alarm, and fire trucks arrived. All older residents from the 3rd and 2nd floor didn't bother evacuating. Die taking the stairs, or die in a fire. I chose the fire, I just carried a bag of groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I have HF, I had several residents pass me.
We just had a major fire alarm and a person with a walker got injured trying you navigate the stairs as the elevator was out of service. This place has trouble keeping employees. A number of people just come and go. They need to hire employees that can actually have empathy towards the elderly.
Great management and friendly neighbors. It is so nice to not have to deal with drama here. I appreciate that. Maintenence is top shelf and get right after any Maintenance issues in the apts.

Hailey was an absolute professional. I came in to inquire about the apartments, she didn’t spare any detail and gave me all the information I needed. She was kind and caring and listened to all I had to say. I will definitely be putting an application in for my grandmother.
