Not only did we get a top quality play set that will last for years, but we got customer service that is unmatched by their competitors. The sets are expensive but the quality of the product and service after the sale completely justifies the cost. I had a small problem with my set about 2 months after purchasing it and Caleb came out to fix it. You won’t get that help from people selling a wood set at places like Walmart or Academy.
You guys have a great reputation and you certainly lived up to it in helping my wife and I purchase and install a new playset for our kids this Christmas. Many thanks to Austin and Caleb!
