Shubh is doing an amazing job in this shop. She is always so welcoming and engaging with customers, greeting everyone with a beautiful smile and great attitude. Every time I visit, she meets me with kindness, gratitude, and warmth.

I’ve had two negative experiences at this store, and it’s simply not acceptable. The staff make unnecessary comments and come across as rude towards customers. On top of that, there always seems to be tension among the staff, with them arguing or fighting in front of customers. It creates a very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Definitely needs improvement in customer service and staff conduct.
