Staff letting people smoke weed and making the house smell like weed like it’s normal behave been racial abused by other person in there and when one of that staff said he’s gonna be like that all day just stay away like that’s acceptable. It’s never mangers telling him to stop smoking illegal substances it’s always staff. Also one staff at night which isn’t fair when there’s other elder people in there and others who suffer with mental health and it’s one staff which can’t give support to others which isn’t great at all one... read more
