I called at 2:30 in the afternoon and asked to speak to someone in admissions and was told no she just stepped out of her office no offer to leave my name or message for a call back.
I have family that is there and I went to drop off some things to her. As I was walking through, the scent of urine was very prevalent. I also seen multiple elderly patients near falling out of their beds. Staff walking down the halls staring at their phones and not concentrating on where they are going. My family member said her food is cold when she gets it. She has to hit the help button repeatedly just to get someone to come help her eventually just to go to the bathroom. Terrible conditions signs of water in wall by heating and cooling units. Signs of water damage in corner of walls and baseboard . Bathroom floors horrible from not being swept and mopped. Toilet set unhealthy when you lift seat you can see dried up urine . Windows has not been cleaned and miniblinds need to be cleaned . When you walk down the hall ways you see streaks all over from floor cleaning machine, no one mopping behind machine getting excessive water. Everywhere you go in hallways you smell urine. Wonderful Staff ! Great smelling facility it was clean and workers were very helpful with my aunt!
One Star for smelling good only when you walk in! My sister’s experience here was absolutely horrible, and I would never recommend this facility to anyone who truly cares about their family. On her very first day, she arrived at 8:30 a.m. on a Friday and sat in her room the entire day without a wound care nurse ever coming by to check for sores or bruises. That was the first red flag.
