I have a friend there. Facility is clean. Food is above average considering. Staff & Clients go outta there way to make you feel welcomed by speaking and assisting in any way they can. They care for your loved ones from the heart. I have taken care of my grandma in my home on hospice. So I dont appreciate someone nit picking a service when they could be doing it themselves. Especially considering what facilities pay!! Thanks Woodlands staff

The staff is wonderful and always a pleasure to be around. They took good care of my brother while he was there. The staff always kept me informed on any and all situations. Thank you to all the staff who took care of Troy C. during his stay. I will miss you all!

Recently our family received very little notice from the hospital that our family member would be discharged in the very near future. We immediately began visiting facilities and our first visit was to Woodlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We arrived in the mid-afternoon, without an appointment, and were graciously welcomed by the Admissions Director (Stephanie).
