I have been in the facility for 4 hrs. I have talked to 1?person, the kitchen person. I hobbled down the , I can’t call it a nurses station, so unprofessional. No check in, nothing. She it said it wasn’t how they do things. In other words, lazy . Seems they cater to certain people and I’m the wrong type. They did not have my medication, when I said I would leave as soon as I could..she ok. I said I would report the facility to the VA, who is paying , ok was the answer. No information nothing zero. I have a friend there. Facility is clean. Food is above average considering. Staff & Clients go outta there way to make you feel welcomed by speaking and assisting in any way they can. They care for your loved ones from the heart. I have taken care of my grandma in my home on hospice. So I dont appreciate someone nit picking a service when they could be doing it themselves. Especially considering what facilities pay!! Thanks Woodlands staff

The staff is wonderful and always a pleasure to be around. They took good care of my brother while he was there. The staff always kept me informed on any and all situations. Thank you to all the staff who took care of Troy C. during his stay. I will miss you all!
