Went here with my mom while she needed to deposit a check. My mom says, "Hello!" and is met with a grumpy, "you want a receipt?" No greeting, grumpy face and attitude. In a world where there are 50 banking options in every area, a little kindness and customer service should still exist.
I've been banking there for 16 yrs and it has gone down hill really bad..talked to a rude loan officer and a teller..sad to say I'll be switching banks
