Just got off the phone with a complaint about the bank. The lady literally told me "Well, I guess we are not the bank for you and you do what you have to do". Literally. She was HORRIBLE at addressing frustrations. And the frustration? Telling me to write For mobile deposit only on the checks AND check the mobile deposit box. But, there is no box. So it would get rejected, and NO one could answer if it would or not. Meaning, their dinosaur "app" would reject it, and I would have to have it reissued. I also have AMEX, BMO, Ca... read more
THIS BANK SUCKS……. i’ve never had so many issues in my life that I’ve had with this bank in one week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRAPPY LITTLE BANK TO MY WORST ENEMY 🤬
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… had a fraudulent charge in my account. They claim it was my fault so there’s no coverage. My fault so I lose the money apparently. I have an account at Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank Both of those have no issues with fraudulent charges and give your money right back. This bank sucks and I would not recommend it to anybody
