Beware of judging a book by its cover. Imagine paying hundreds of thousands of $s cash to a place over a relatively short period of time and being treated like our loved one came to them with lint in pocket, they had no choice but to take in, and was thus costing them money. The grounds look nice and the buildings are newer construction but that's about it for goodness here. Had a good friend we had to place in Woodlands, would never do again, found it was very poor service for amount of money they charged. The hygiene for these clients was below standards, also not any amusement for them to do,very disappointing

The place is dirty nasty always since I have been visiting at this place and they failed to tell visitors of scabies in the place this month. Workers are nice to your face. The hygiene care is poor poor. Poops been in the chair for months even after telling a worker.if someone is paying over 3 grand a month to be there you would think the rug in the room would be cleaned. Under staffed is no reason to be this gross.

My wife spent nearly two years there and received excellent care. Good food, good care amid beautiful surroundings. You can't go wrong placing your loved one there. Neil W.
