I only wish I could give negative stars. The treatment my mother received here was so substandard that I have no idea how they stay in business. They left her needing assistance for long periods of time while they sat around playing on their phones. The nurse I encountered (Maria) was so disrespectful that I have no idea how she is still employed. This is Not a Skilled Facility! What a Joke. The only person that was good was Alicia Armentrout Craft. Your Physician Assistants really, Why are they there?? They did not do a Nursing Assessment, on me or a Physical Therapy assessment. I was not assessed by your Physician Assistant either. What is it that you do for patients that are not coming to you to die? Your facility should have a separate skilled unit Away from other residents. Your Physical Therapy set up is another joke. Professional and caring staff and excellent Physical Therapy Department. The Dietician Department went out of its way to provide for food allergies. The Nursing Staff was outstanding in their care for medical needs. Maintenance and housekeeping kept the facility nice and clean. Activity Directors kept the residents engaged in various "themed" games and recreation. A heartfelt "Thank you!"
