Everyone was very pleasant. The facility was clean and smelled nice. The requirement to log in and out is a nice security feature.
My mom has unfortunately been in 4 nursing homes for therapy at different times over the last 10 years and this facility is, by far, the ABSOLUTE best in every single way. From the minute you walk in, it has a pleasant odor and as you go towards the back near the rooms, there is no bad smells like in other facilities. We are so grateful for The Woodlands! My mothers rehabilitation stay has been a blessing we did not know we needed. The facility is warm and inviting. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I can not even imagine what this experience would have been like without their constant support and help.
