Chef Jose doesn’t stay on top of regulations in the kitchen, in the woodlands there is roughly 10 health Dept. Health code Violations, they are cheap, the majority of food that runs through here is frozen foods or cheap alternatives/ leftover frozen food from 1-3 months ago of expiration dates, NO LABELS EACH LABEL ROLL COST $40 don’t waste it they don’t keep up with labels because the Executive Kitchen Manager complains about having to buy more labels to put on the containers (because the roll cost $40) but he can go on a v... read more
My mother has lived at the Woodlands Retirement Community for almost 10 years. We love visiting her there, because it's such a great place. The food is fantastic and the entertainment is great. It reminds me of being on a cruise ship. The staff is so kind and caring. I thank God for my mom living in such a wonderful place.
My dad lived here for about 7 years before he needed assisted living. He moved to The Gardens Assisted Living right across the street. Had a great apartment, with great services offered at The Woodlands. He loved the meals and made great friends. His weekly highlight was the Men's Group breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Independent Living Facility
