The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any tax professional. First I had to constantly stay on them to see any progress, they would not respond to their messages on the provided app, and everytime I did get ahold of them they needed something else which prolonged the process. Then on top of that, I signed my return to have them tell me a week later (after I ask why it wasn’t submitted) they had to redo it because they did it wrong and went from a large return to almost nothing. Mr. Hardy is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were thrilled when he was able to work us in when another CPA had failed to deliver. He saved us more money than he charged. We highly recommend.
