Under new management. The new management no longer address issues in a timely manner. This is senior apartments. Maintenance issues take months to be resolved. 6 days without hot water and it still isn't resolved!! District manager was unconcerned with problems. Her answer was the owner wanted it this way. The senior residents no longer come first!!
