So thankful to have a natural herb shop near me
I had to cancel an appt due to doctors advise due to surgery ! The receptionist was very aggressive and rude, stating that there was a cancellation policy. I had cancelled a day before the actual appointment and was told I had to pay the full. I had left a deposit which was not REFUNDED Either. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT REFUND At no point did i detect any empathy or a shread of humanity.
