I have mixed feelings about this place. Sale associate said a price on a couch that included all taxes and delivery fee included. Then later on, he retracted what he said and became very defensive saying he never said that. Fine. We decided on a price. When we determined a delivery time, he wrote the date and time on his own records, not on the bill of sale. Come delivery day, I call right at opening inquiring about when the delivery will be made. We purchased a custom king size Brandon Bed from Woodland Furniture. We were floored by not only the quality of the bed but the customer service. We had some issues with the bed fitting upstairs due to our extremely narrow hallway and they worked with us to customise our bed so they could still make it work for us. They went above and beyond and we are so extremely happy with the results. The bed surpassed our expectation with the craftsmanship and quality.
I bought a bed from them and Vishnu helped us. The product is good and the sales person was also very helpful. It was good experience.
