Moved my Parents to Woodland in Lacey a few months ago, the staff is very friendly and they truly care about the residents there. HOWEVER.., there is currently no bus transport for these residents of any kind, there are no housekeeping services or laundry getting done on a regular basis and if they do it at all it gets all thrown together in one load and comes back damp. I recently visited Woodland with a family member considering her living options. We were presented with a pricing sheet and the least expensive option on the assisted living side was $4600 (for a studio), however this did not include any care! The care “packages” are a separate cost and the lowest level of care is $660 per month for *up to* 15 hours of care per month.
