Moved my Parents to Woodland in Lacey a few months ago, the staff is very friendly and they truly care about the residents there. HOWEVER.., there is currently no bus transport for these residents of any kind, there are no housekeeping services or laundry getting done on a regular basis and if they do it at all it gets all thrown together in one load and comes back damp. The food is terrible, residents are told the menu is controlled by corporate office. They are raising the rent but are providing fewer services. They schedule activities with no one to facilitate them. They had constant turnover in directors - 5 in the past 2.5 years. They can't keep staff. Some staff steal from the residents. I'm hoping to find another place for my mother.
