Been using them for years but last year I had problems thought maybe this year would be different.... I was completely wrong it's been 6 months since I filed (she filed them more then once) and I haven't gotten my large refund back and she has 0 clue why or when I'm going to get them. I've had to call her everytime and ask what's going on with my taxes she still knows nothing.
Woodall Tax Services is an exellent business. The Staff and Owner are extremely kind and helpful; this is the place to go if you want service that goes above and beyond the norm.
