I wanted to write this honest review in hopes that it reaches the right person. This is not to bash or belittle this business, but to help with quality improvement. I just celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary and my husband purchased a gift card to your spa so that I could enjoy a well deserved, relaxing day. Part 2: She explained that the person booking the services was trying to accommodate my time and that the nail services should have taken place after the massage. She asked if I had time to stay so that they could fix my toenails, but at this point I had been there all day and needed to pick my children up from school. I opted to come back in a few days to have them fixed. I was very grateful for this and explained that I understand things like this can happen and I appreciated her offering to fix my nails. Such a nice experience here! Skylane was so friendly and hostitaptal she made our time there so enjoyable loved her! Susan at the front desk was very nice and helpful too! And of course Kira/ she always is just AMAZING✨ highly recommend her! 💖
This place is wonderful! Every room is thoughtfully curated for ultimate relaxation, comfort, and it is absolutely beautuful!!!
