OMG! Our experience was top notch. From the VIP room (with mimosas waiting) to the massage itself. My wife and I enjoyed our experience thoroughly. Maria and Tong(I hope | spelled that correctly) were amazing. Perfect pressure from start to finish. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Editing this review from 1 star to 4 stars as the manager reached out to me directly to apologize for the the inconvenience that was caused by the abrupt cancellation on their end and to offer me a free service to compensate. I really appreciate them reaching out to make things right as this is a beautiful spa that I’ve enjoyed in the past and glad I feel like I can now continue to be a customer. I have been going to Woodhouse since they opened. I bought a package and have enjoyed many massages. This time I booked for a couples massage and took my husband. The massages were as good as usual but we were really disappointed with the crowded facility. It was too crowded to be relaxing. When I went into the locker room to get undressed, I had to wait for the locker and then I had someone who asked me to move so she could get in her locker. I love a spa day at woodhouse, but this one missed the mark. I went for my 30th birthday and I specifically scheduled an appointment with an esthetician who has been following my skincare journey. I was very surprised and disappointed when someone else did my facial. It was still a great facial, but I am confused why I was seen by someone else after reserving an appointment several weeks in advance with a specific esthetician.
