My therapist was great. Best facial massage I ever had
Came in with a group of friends for a spa day. The experience to say the least was the WORST I have ever experienced. The front desk staff is rude and unwelcoming. We sat for atleast a half an hour waiting for our services. We were told that our appts needed to be rescheduled after the services were already scheduled. We wont be coming back to this place after this. On top of that, they charged us for a full day of services that we never received. There are atleast a few hundred spas in Charlotte.
