Relaxing environment and professional folks providing great services
I love wood house day spa. The atmosphere is wonderful. I love to sitting in the quiet room and reading book while sipping tea and eating the trail mix provided. I wish the wine options or champagne would come back though.
The entire staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The accommodations were nice yet pricey. "You get what you pay for", didn't appy here. I gave a 4 star because of the staffs willingness and great customerservice. To the owner/management - reasonable upgrades would include individual packs of snacks, offering bottled water/beverages etc, if preferred, that would be more sanitary. Disappointed and Misled – Not the Luxury Experience Promised This was my second visit to this spa—my first experience was amazing, which makes this visit all the more disappointing. I booked the Signature Spa package for myself and my sister, which was advertised as including seven distinct treatments, such as a full body exfoliation and a neck and shoulder massage.
