From the moment we stepped into the Woodhouse Spa in Buckhead, we were enveloped in pure tranquility. The ambiance was serene and inviting, and every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. What a great experience! The facilities are VERY clean, and the staff is amazing. I went there for a relaxing day after my dad passed away. When I got relaxed, I became emotional. The staff asked if I was O.K. I told them what had happened. When I went to leave, they handed me a gift bag with some items including a wind chime in remembrance of my dad, along with a VERY touching note from the staff. I was in shock and so amazed. Bobbie is awesome, I have received several facials, this one was the best. She was attentive, professional and made me feel very comfortable. She definitely knows her stuff and gave me some great pointers on how to take care of my skin.
I have had several services here and find it to be the most wonderful experience. The Spa is very clean and the entire team provide excellent customer service. My pedicure person is Narrin and I adore her. Thank you all for always doing a great job!
I booked an appointment and got a quick response from the spa. The spa is very professional and the attitude when answering customers is very good. I highly recommend you to try
I will never again recommend this place due to poor management and incompetent staff. I had booked a couples massage and was told it would be at 11 am on 7/23/2022. They sent me two text messages confirming this time before my arrival. We got to the location at 10:40, and they told me they couldn't do a couples massage cause they don't have extra staff, and a couples massage was currently being done. I was led to my locker, but person didn’t tell me where the tranquility room was. I had to ask staff in hallway where it was. And there’s a lot of talking in the “tranquility “ room. No one came to ask if I wanted a drink. I ended up calling the front desk. My facial was very nice. But the peaceful piece I was looking forward to, (the tranquility room), was disappointing
My first visit here was fantastic- definitely 5 stars. My last visit here was the opposite of fantastic. First off when I asked if I wanted a drink I said a mimosa please. The lady took me back to the changing room and after changing I kept waiting for my mimosa. I finally went to the front and asked for it then the lady said she thought I said I didn't want anything.
