Staff were hospitable and acknowledged my birthday often. Rooms were clean. Products were lovely and service was high quality. Whitney offered me another drink and warmed lavender neck pillow during my pedicure and Natalie offered me an eye pillow to block the light of her work lamp during my waxes. She was thorough and communicative. The checkout process was smooth.
