Staff is fantastic. Some of the chairs in the relaxation area areEXTREMELY uncomfortable. My back was in spasms before the massage. Thankfully Katie was good enough to work that out but there needs to be some furniture changed in the relaxation room or allow people to sit where they are comfortable. Don’t assign seats.
Every experience is amazing Christian has the hands of a GOD. The staff is always professional and eager to please #1 Spa on the Northshore
Love the waiting room, and the fact that drinks are offered and served!
The woodhouse spa was an absolute luxury. I had the privilege of having Cat as my masseuse. She was very attentive always asking me if i was doing okay and checking in while she really worked out some tension i had. Definitely an experience i won’t forget and will come back!
