Customer service is terrible at explaining the rules and that you can’t get a massage under 18 that someone has to watch you get it done . Very disappointing will never go back .

Can’t say enough great things about this spa! It’s beautiful, relaxing and everyone is so pleasant. I had an 80 minute body balance massage with Clayton today and he was amazing. He has magical hands for relaxation. Can’t wait to come back.
