I want to start by saying the prices are what you would expect from a “luxury,” spa location, however does this location deliver a “luxury” experience? No. Absolutely no, they do not. You are expected to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment… it’s not an option. Also if you do not arrive at that time they will make a note in your file. What else is in this customer profile? If you want an incredible facial experience, Woodhouse Day Spa is your place. From the moment you walk in the door, you will be pampered and cared for, and every detail is carefully seen to. I will definitely book another facial with Kailey, who listened carefully to my concerns and explained every part of the process. I’m grateful for a relaxing and calming afternoon!
It was a very nice relaxing environment. They kept well hydrated and pampered. The ambience and music was nice. However, I found the manicure and pedicure to be mediocre at best and not worth the price paid.
Great experience, amazing and comfortable atmosphere. Would highly recommend as a gift to yourself or to other!
