From the moment I walked into Woodhouse Spa in Copley, I felt a sense of peace. The spa is absolutely beautiful—elegant, spotless, and so calming. Every detail is designed to help you relax, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you've stepped away from the stress of everyday life. I literally was the only one in the spa for the hour of my appointment. The music, with no one else in the spa was way too loud. The massage was "eh" at best. My therapist chomped on gum the entire time so that's all I could hear and could barely relax. Then at checkout all the relaxation I did feel evaporated quickly when the attendant couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit to my credit card, since I used a gift card for total payment.
