Very sad to write this review but I had a terrible experience tonight. My 50 minute facial was extremely rushed and I was only on the table for 35 minutes, which included a dermaplane add on. So disappointing, especially for the price point.
Customer service was terrible, plain and simple. I scheduled a massage several weeks ago and specifically requested for certain things (Male Masseuse-Minor so no female Masseuses, etc). I tried to call and verify this request/s numerous times to, in working hours, to no avail (I was, in easier terms, rudely brushed off and ignored). I had a wonderful time here this past weekend! My husband and I booked a 50-minute couples massage, and honestly, it wasn't long enough - it was that good! The massage itself was fantastic. We were also treated to champagne, which was a lovely touch. After the massage, we relaxed in the quiet room where they had water and trail mix available. I truly enjoyed every moment, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
