Disgusting company disgusting organization, horrible customer service, horrible experience. I don’t even know how much this thing cost. My wife set up an appointment for me to go here and get a massage. There was some confusion on when I was supposed to be there. I was gonna be late so I called in. They said unfortunately we are going to have to charge you the full price. We can reschedule you for a 50 minute massage instead of the 80 minute massage but we still have to charge you the full price of the original 80 minute mas... read more
So fancy. Had you come in a few minutes before appointment time to slip into a comfy robe, then offered you a drink and neck pillow (hot or cool). Services were great. After treatment, you were welcome to sit with another drink and/or take a shower before departing.
The massage was great! My massage therapist took the time to ask me about any problematic areas. She was very professional and courteous! The reception environment has a warm and peaceful feeling, the robes are warm and smell wonderful. A truly great experience all the way around! Thank you!
My husband and I got massages with the extra heel mask and they were excellent! I had Rylie and she was very professional with just the right amount of pressure. The front desk was very friendly and provided a great peach tea. Thank you again!
