What a great experience! The facilities are VERY clean, and the staff is amazing. I went there for a relaxing day after my dad passed away. When I got relaxed, I became emotional. The staff asked if I was O.K. I told them what had happened. When I went to leave, they handed me a gift bag with some items including a wind chime in remembrance of my dad, along with a VERY touching note from the staff. I was in shock and so amazed. I had been a long time customer of the Woodhouse Day Spa, until last week! I had scheduled an 80 minute service, but when I arrived at the Spa, I was told it was a 50 minute service. When I got upstairs, I specifically asked my Service Provider how long the service was. She said 80 minutes. When I checked out, I paid for the service and left. Twenty minutes after I left I received a call from the Woodhouse stating they charged me for a 50 minute service and they needed to add onto my charge card to cover an 80 minute se... read more
