I had been a long time customer of the Woodhouse Day Spa, until last week! I had scheduled an 80 minute service, but when I arrived at the Spa, I was told it was a 50 minute service. When I got upstairs, I specifically asked my Service Provider how long the service was. She said 80 minutes. When I checked out, I paid for the service and left.
