Had a very pleasant experience with my sister. Everyone was helpful and compassionate ..would recommend
did not know much about skilled nursing rehab facilities at the time, and unfortunately I did not research this one as thoroughly as I should have. Communication was extremely poor. Calls were rarely returned, and it was very difficult to reach anyone by phone. The Supervisor of Nursing was unprofessional and unhelpful. While the PT and OT staff were truly excellent and provided wonderful therapy care, the rest of the facility felt disorganized, understaffed, and lacking in overall concern for patient well-being. This agency is presently under investigation for serious and egregious conduct toward its residents including fraudulently charging for services and medications withheld, abusive behaviors toward residents, tolerance of "punishment" of residents by staff, egregious neglect, and poor communications and transparency with residents' families.
