I waited a few weeks to do this review with a clear mind because for a long time I was very angry with them. My mother passed away but she was in Woodhaven for approximately 2 months before she passed last April. I honestly do not know what rating to give them. My mom was in there for 4 days for respite care, hospice told me to pack all her medications in original bottles. I only gave her enough medication 5 days They didn't give her any breathing treatments The boxes were unopened. ( she has stage 2b lung cancer)or her antibiotics for a uti. And other medications... Plus she was sent home MORE medications on a pill pack then what she went in with.( with only 2 day punched out). Do not recommend this facility under any circumstance. Cleanliness is below standards, drinking water is only distribute if you request it, and even then didn't always get it. Nurse call buttons weren't answered for up to 40 minutes, and when they were answered the majority of the aids begrudgingly attended to your needs. I begged for a shower everyday for 4 days before getting one and never received another after a two week stay again after numerous pleads. Friendly staff. Residents are well taken care of. The administrator Tiffany is very understanding and compassionate.
