I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THiS FACILITY ENOUGH. ADMIN STAFF,NURSES,DIETARY,MAINTENANCE AND ACTIVITIES ALL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY MOM STRONGER . EVERYONE WAS POLITE,HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE .THEY SHOWED COMPASSION TO MY MOM AND US AS A FAMILY . ANYONE WHO HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE SIMPLY DIDNT PARTICIPATE IN THEIR OWN RECOVERY.
Tony the tiger has been wonderful with my care and attentive to my needs . Therapy dept is very good I'd say even 5 stars, I'm already walking in less than a week. Shana the CNA is very good also and I'm very particular with who I will let care of me but she is great. The nurses, especially Shana have been very good about my medicine for pain with my hip replacement .
As a new employee I have found the staff to be very friendly and compassionate. The facility is clean and welcoming. I witnessed staff involvement with residents to be kind and respectful , they were having a halloween party with raffles and live entertainment and the residents were enjoying themselves. Im looking forward to my time here at woodhaven and would encourage those looking for a place for their loved one to get therapy or just to reside to come visit me and take a tour of our facility and im sure you will be as im... read more
