While there were 3 or 4 staff that were warm, welcoming and caring, the majority were cold and unfeeling. My mom often had cuts and bruising from tough treatment, a swollen arm which no one noticed until I pointed it out. She told me very clearly how a staff had pulled on it and hurt her during changing even though she told them to stop. I often heard her say don’t be so rough. Recently i had a home tour with a front desk staff named Jena !.she had a wide smile..haha , Even when i was early she was accommodative and made sure all my queries are answered , i really appreciate that the staffs were warm and welcoming , and i felt safe that my loved one’s will be under good care.

The team here is completely incompetent. They do not train their new staff and their current staff would truthfully not give you the time of day whether you are a patient or a visitor. The staff here is completely useless you would be better off taking care of your loved one in your own home than this place.
