I ordered two doors through Lowe’s in Kirkwood Missouri. I believe the sales representative from Wood Grain’s name is John Abott. One of the doors was made correctly but the other was to be made with a sidelight not attached but when I received it not only was the sidelight attached the door was primed and the sidelight was raw wood. I understand that mistakes happen so I returned the door to Lowe’s and was assured the door would be made again correctly. At this point I’m months into the process.
