Truck entrance for loading and offloading is building 6. Down the road a little farther on karcher road just before the train tracks on the right. You'll see the truck entrance sign. Follow it back to the left and come all the way around to the back side of the building. The shipping/ receiving office is right there. Plenty of room to back into the doors.
Nice people the unload fast
I ordered two doors through Lowe’s in Kirkwood Missouri. I believe the sales representative from Wood Grain’s name is John Abott. One of the doors was made correctly but the other was to be made with a sidelight not attached but when I received it not only was the sidelight attached the door was primed and the sidelight was raw wood. I understand that mistakes happen so I returned the door to Lowe’s and was assured the door would be made again correctly. At this point I’m months into the process.
