Went to Woodforest in Franklin Indiana in early hours of opening to not find a teller at all in the location. I waited for a half an hour to 45 minutes for a teller. So much that I had to go to customer service at the Walmart location. After I had everything situated finally someone showed up and then when they went to talk to them they said that they can't pull cash unless they have someone else there with them.
