I just had one of the worst experiences ever at the Woodforest branch inside H-E-B. Patty Criollo acted like helping me was a bother from the second I walked up. She refused to issue a cash advance on my own card, something I’ve done at this exact branch before with zero problems. I’ve gone to multiple Woodforest locations and never once had an issue until today.
