Recently moved to Woodforest - so thought I would open a checking account with a local bank since the current bank I’ve had my account with for the past 20 yrs have closed a majority of their full-service branches, and only cafe’s available Opened checking account yesterday, Branch Manager, DEREK assisted me - absolutely friendly, quick, professional and welcoming experience. I reached out yesterday about an account that I had years ago. Allisa at the Woodforest Fish Creek Location was very professional and kind. She retrieved my past statements and had everything handled for my CPA within minutes. I truly appreciation the direct customer care and the ability to speak to someone local and resolve everything effectively and efficiently.
Relatively new to this bank and so far I am very impressed. I stopped by today (no appointment) with questions about CDs. The customer service was great. In particular during this visit, Jenny R and Derek We’re very helpful and clear answering all my questions quickly and clearly. I plan to be doing more business with this bank.
