This bank doesn't even deserve one star but in order to leave a review I had to choose one. This is the worst bank ever. No one knows how to do their job and follow bank procedures. What else should I expect being in a Walmart. Should have followed my gut feeling and never allowed my daughter to open an account there.
1-28-25 Woodforest National Bank has a nice setup inside Walmart —clean, modern, and easy to access. Having two ATMs is a plus, so there’s less waiting if you just need quick cash. Convenient location for banking while shopping, and overall, a solid option if you need in-store banking services.
Excellent hospitality and customer service. Especially with Vinutha and Anesha, they always are so kind and helpful and take great care of me. Highly recommend this branch for banking services.
