If there is less than one star, they deserve that. Ask for change. They don’t provide it. They ask like you have account with us. What kind of bank are you if you don’t provide the changes to customer. I did have business account with you guys. But horrible service even I had business account. No other Woodforest bank ask for Id when you have are there just to get changes.
I have banked with Woodforest for over a decade. This is my favorite location because of the staff! I am always greeted with kindness and a smile. My most stressful banking issues resolved with easy, EVERY time. Thank you for you consistency
Excellent customer service
I really enjoy banking here—everyone is always friendly, helpful, and just genuinely fun to talk to. One thing I love is seeing the staff wear their fun shirts on Fridays—it brings such a great energy to the place! Honestly, they should be allowed to do that more often. It’s the little things like that that make the experience feel personal and positive. Keep being awesome!
