Came in to get a new debit card because I lost my card. Deidra and Elias was very pleasant and helpful. They even helped me open a new account just because they were caring enough to understand what i was looking for. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.
Great customer service Elias was amazing super nice ! Kara was amazing too i told her bout how i cant open & she offered to help me out to see what she can do for me the best experience ive had
Woodforest is good bank.i have been banking with them since I was 16 I believe. I have never had an issue. Only issue i had would be with their mobile app. Won't let me sign in. I know all my credentials. But I try to do a reset. Woodforest is not sending me temp code to my email.
