I can honestly say I was given excellent service . Haleem provided great customer service and answered all my questions . Would highly recommend banking with Woodforest .
I came into the bank to open an account the first lady who I encountered was rude and did not want to help. Then Mrs. Nourham Menkarios came right up and helped me with no hesitation she was straight to the point and got my account opened asap.
Haleem was very professional! Very nicely and welcoming He explained the accounts that I needed answered all my questions! And was very informative and knowledgeable of his job and how to treat a customer I’m so Glad I chose this bank
