I've been a customer since 2016 and have never had a bad experience at any branch until this morning. While I was at the counter to deposit a check relating to my mother's death, an older woman was at the other counter. She stated she needed a form that woodforest legal told her to get and the woman in front of me, Jossel Sheff, started talking under her breath, laughing, rolling her eyes and interjected that she wasnt getting any forms, over the top condescending. Can’t say enough good things about this bank or the people that work at the goose creek location. They always have the best energy and more than happy to help! Always a good experience, def would recommend!
