I've been with Woodforest since they opened and moved my account to this location and both locations the tellers have been awesome. I could not ask for a better customer response bank. If you are looking for a bank that cares it mostly comes frmo the up front people who help you and this is the bank!
This is one the best banks I have ever decided to do business with. The bank tellers are always extremely helpful; ensuring that any problem I may be facing, or transaction that I need assistance with, they will do whatever needs to be done to get through each process.
