I go to the bank on my lunch break they work during my business hours only time I could go. The system is down no indication as to when it will be back up just can’t do business. I needed to do a transaction I can only do at my bank. Another customer needed to deposit for bills only time she could come. This kind of stuff really screws people up. Considering getting another bank.
I've been with Woodforest since they opened and moved my account to this location and both locations the tellers have been awesome. I could not ask for a better customer response bank. If you are looking for a bank that cares it mostly comes frmo the up front people who help you and this is the bank!
This is one the best banks I have ever decided to do business with. The bank tellers are always extremely helpful; ensuring that any problem I may be facing, or transaction that I need assistance with, they will do whatever needs to be done to get through each process. Priscilla Mcalaster is a familiar face that I’ve grown to looking forward to when visiting my local Woodforest bank!
