Nothing ever gets resolved with this bank. Worse customer service ever, you're never given a straight answer, and there's a fee for everything. Still trying to resolve an error that occurrd in '07. The only reason to give it 1 star is to write a review
Giving this bank even 1 star is about 5 stars too many. This is the WORST bank I have ever done business with. There was a leak of debit card numbers. Several large transactions were processed repeatedly on my account. The bank was slow to correct the issue. Some issues were NEVER resolved. I could not even get a statement on their letterhead. They were "out of letterhead". I have never heard of a business being out of letterhead. I called 7 times to speak a particular representative. I was told by another teller that "we're... read more
