Been banking here in the latrobe branch since 2011. Normally the experience is a wonderful one. However in the month of march2025, I have had nothing but trouble, headaches, and hardship due to this bank and its employees. I almost lost my home, missed a medical appointment and i am not in good health to start with, couldn't get food, couldn't pay my bills, or otherwise do anything entiled in living. I have had an account with this bank for the past two years. I have not had any fees until this year. My savings account got hit for being under $200 and a service charge for transferring funds from my checking to my savings account. It looks like we will be parting ways.
I hate the fact that I have to travel 30 minutes to access my account when they closed the one closer to my home.
Great staff who are very polite and helpful
The guy works here at bank is so rude he’s the one with bald head . He needs to leave Walmart customers alone do his own job . Very unprofessional and very nozy .
