I enjoy the personalities at all of the branches I've visited. Always a pleasure. Only exception I have is that the waiti-time is horrible at 4 of 5 branches We've visited. Its a norm to wait in a 10-15 mins. Then when you get up to the line its another 10,12,15 mins... its terrible. Im usually depositing a check, multi transactions. Great place to bank
I have been a Woodforest client for several years. In fact, since the branch was opened in Walmart. Always able to help with a host of banking issues which may arise. The people at Woodforest always professional and friendly. They always make sure all your needs are met and questions answered. Each person matters. Recently just before the 4th 2025 - it was swamped in Walmart as well as a line outside Woodforest.
