Great Customer Service , First time customer and they made the process of making a new checking account very easy , and employee Luis specifically was very friendly and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.
As a longtime customer, I had an issue regarding my account that required me to come into the branch to resolve. I was greeted by Angie (on the phone initially, and in person) who took the time to listen to my concerns and take immediate steps to secure my account from questionable charges now and in the future. I appreciate her efforts and time it took a while to help me with my concerns and look forward to remaining a customer of this branch, and bank.
I was at the bank to get my debit card re-issued Sharika was amazing and fast and very helpful professional at her work
