Amazing work
If i vould have left 0 stars i would have. This bank is a joke. First they said if someone refered us both us and the person who refered us would get $50. 6 months later still havent seen it. On 1/8/26 doposoted $60 into the account. Couldnt access that the following day Hell, tried to do a balance check on thier atm and it wouldnt even do that.
Woodforest has been my bank for many years. They make banking easy. I do consultant work and have many different clients who I have had to set up deposit accounts for. Woodforest is the only bank I have had that sends me a daily email with a current summary. The local branch employees are friendly and ready to assist me as needs come up.
