I just want to say a very big thank you to the assistant branch manager Lulu you were such a great help with setting up my new account and I am so old school you even helped set me up with the app and all. You were very helpful,professional and such a delight I would so recommend you personally every time to anyone that needs banking help again thank you for all your help
One of the best banks I’ve ever had, hands-down. My go to girls, Carrie, Mendi, and Lulu are always friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Lulu is my absolute favorite banker. She’s conversational, attentive, and most importantly knowledgeable. If you need any banking help, she’s your girl! Can’t wait to visit them all again soon with my next deposit.
The assistant branch manager, Lulu is very rude, always has an aggressive attitude throws money or bank card back at you and smells like marijuana. I don’t think the Woodforest bank shouldn’t have her working for yall. Again she’s very rude.
Very friendly staff. Treated me very well as I opened my first bank account with them!
