Stacey is awesome helped me get everything I needed.
Stacey cotton was a excellent retail banker. She made sure I was taken care of and didn't let me leave till I was satisfied. Austin Adkins was also great at making me feel welcome and came to find me at ATM to tell me they took care of me.
I have been a customer for years. They fired everyone there and hired a bunch of new people and they are awful. Been waiting on a debit card for 2 months get it and it won't work. This is my local branch so called to get it fixed and they can't do nothing but issue another card.witch is bull because i just got my card. The the branch manager Angel I think was her name handed phone to some low rank teller cause she can't do her job properly and help me.then I got hung up .
