If I could put a Minus Star I would. Went in to use this bank and had to wait 15 minutes. Then finally when the girl--said her name was "KATIE" came out--5 people waiting--she was abrupt and rude. When she was wrong about having to fill out a form--she then refused to wait on me. Yes, I am sure I was impatient--but had waited for 15 minutes. Will never go back to use this place. Not sure how people get a job dealing with public.
