The individual service you get when you walk in is hands down Awesome. They know your name, they ask about life. Unreliable & unprofessional! Bank closes early constantly, even if customer comes up for service, bank tellers will turn customers away. They will tell you "well we already shut off the computers and they take too long to reboot, when they still have 5 more minutes left till closing". That is horrible customer service! Will be complaining to cooperate!
