i have banked there for a couple months and LOVE it! they got rid of a bad apple so now the customer service is amazing LOVE MADI and i forget her name she seems to always be there but those two women are amazing!
I have an account with them Maddie in Mattoon branch signed me up and if I have a question she always helps me . She is one of the nicest people I have met in a very long time. Very professional and very helpful
