Taking money out of my account for bogus service fee of returned mail. When asked to provide the peice they can't. I received all other mail (power, water, junk, paperwork about my loan company changing, etc..) but now after 6 yrs I all of sudden get returned mail from the bank. It would be one thing if it happened only once but we are on 3 times now. And when brought to the attention of the Manger at this branch she was rude and un helpful. Guess it's time to find a new bank.
Was there taking care of problem with my account laken the new Manger was rude and unprofessional.
